Shirazi Salad


  • 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp. fine sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Del Monte® Cucumber
  • 2 Del Monte® Vine Ripe Tomatoes
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh mint, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped


In a serving bowl whisk to combine oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add cucumber, tomatoes, onion, parsley, mint, and dill and toss to coat.

Serve immediately.
