Ingredients:

Del Monte Gold® Extra Sweet Pineapple, cut into 1” cubes

Del Monte® Bananas, cut into 2” pieces

pre-cut Del Monte® Mango

To prepare each smoothie:

1 cup
beverage-style coconut milk

1 tbsp.
cashew butter

1 tsp.
maple syrup
Instructions:
In each of 4 pint jars layer ½ cup pineapple, 1 banana, and ½ cup mango. Freeze overnight.
To prepare a smoothie, empty contents of 1 jar into a blender. Add coconut milk, cashew butter, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour back into jar and enjoy!
